The Challenge

The Credit Department (TCD) is a global leader in Trade Receivables for mid-market and larger businesses.  Their executive team was referred to Virbion from an existing client that had recently launched an enterprise-grade ecommerce site.  TCD’s executive team identified the need to modernize their branding, add a custom ecommerce solution for business credit reports and receive ongoing comprehensive marketing support to grow their global marketshare in the Trade Receivables space.

WHAT WE DID

Virbion conducted a thorough discovery process that included competitor analysis, demographic analysis and strategy meetings with TCD leadership.  It was decided that a hybrid ecommerce site built on the highly flexible Woocommerce platform would allow for the unique needs TCD had, especially during the checkout process which required conditional logic throughout.  A CRM was also added to the scope of the project, including conditional logic and triggers for various lead types.

We proceeded to build out the new site in a staging area to allow for thorough testing prior to rollout.  Features developed alongside the new website included:
